Coffee lovers, get excited! This coffee cocktail is just what you need to combine the smooth taste of coffee with a delicious kick of Kahlúa.

Kahlúa Midnight Coffee Cocktail, or what I’m calling the Up All Night, is a perfect coffee cocktail for coffee-lovers. Whether you are looking for an after-dinner drink or something to kick start your weekend brunch, this smooth coffee cocktail is a quick favorite of mine.
Kahlua and Coffee
Kahlua and coffee are a match made in heaven! Because Kahlua itself is a coffee liquor, it pairs perfectly with any coffee cocktail. Kahlua is also a sweet liqueur, so it helps to balance out the bitterness of coffee.
Established in Mexico in the 1930s, Kahlua is a blend of rum, sugar, vanilla, and coffee. It is often enjoyed as an after-dinner drink, but it can also be used in cocktails and mixed drinks.

What is Kahlua Midnight?
Kahlua Midnight Coffee Liqueur is a delicious mix of rum and black coffee. It's known for being lighter in color and less sweet than original Kahlua Liqueur.
I recently discovered Kahlua Midnight and it has quickly become my staple ingredient in my coffee cocktails. I have used Kahlúa Midnight Liqueur in a few coffee cocktails like a mudslide or a white Russian, but I think my favorite way to use it is to simply add it to a hot coffee.
If you can't find Kahlua Midnight, classic Kahlua works great for coffee cocktails too.

So explain to me the difference between regular kahlua and Kahlua midnight! Both are coffee flavored!

I had to figure this out myself! It had more rum than regular Kahlua, so it is much stronger and altho tastes very similar to original Kahlua, it's got a bit more coffee flavor, in my opinion. So, really it depends on just how strong you want your cocktail to be.
Hope this helps!
