Say cheers! Enjoy this fun spin on a holiday cocktail, the Baileys Pumpkin Vanilla Silk Martini.
Every year I celebrate the holiday season on PasstheSushi with new cocktails. One because, the holidays (right…. you know what I’m talking about) and two, because seriously, even though it’s crazy stressful, I love the holidays.
And holiday drinks just make everything better. (no really, I love crafting up crazy fun cocktails)
And when I think of holidays, sweater weather and cozy gatherings, I think of Baileys. Of course, I will admit, “holiday coffee” seems to require no special occasion other than it being cold outside 😉
This cocktail is quick to make and requires only a few ingredients. It’s creamy but rather light as well and once you try the pumpkin spice, if you are a pumpkin spice fan, you will never go back to classic Irish cream.
But yall, I am all about the holidays
I love entertaining and hosting parties. I love decorating and blasting holiday music way too loud. I love driving around and looking at lights. I still hate the mall, but I don’t mind going once or twice to shop for people. Mainly because I love giving gifts.
What is your favorite part of the holiday season? I would love to hear your family traditions and things you can’t live without.
Confession: I hate the Christmas Story movie…. with a passion.
What about you?
What’s one holiday thing that drives you batty? That tradition that you can’t believe your family keeps and have no luck convincing them to change. Let’s chat over cocktails and fresh cookies. 😉
Now on to the Baileys Pumpkin Vanilla Silk Martini
So here’s to kicking off the holiday season. Raise a glass to this cocktail, and many many more.
