Weeknight Survival: Birds Eye® Veggie Made™ Chicken Fried Riced Cauliflower

By: Kita · Published Nov 14, 2018 · Updated: Nov 16, 2018 · This post may contain affiliate links

Need a 15-minute veggie packed complete meal for those busy nights? This is the delicious new option you’ve been waiting for. Try the Birds Eye® Veggie Made™ Chicken Fried Riced Cauliflower with me!

This post is sponsored by Pinnacle Foods. All comments and opinions are my own.

Confession: I am one of those people who tries to do all of the things all of the time by myself, people pleasing, always burning the candle too thin.

Raise your hand if you get it.

No one’s looking, seriously, lemme know I am not alone.

You can often hear me mutter to myself, ‘the trick is to keep moving,’ the moment I give myself a second to sit and tie my shoe. Bones feeling like sitting is possibly the most amazing thing ever. Immediately, before it sinks in, I will pop back up and keep going. Running myself to full exhaustion by 10 PM and waking up and starting again.

There are moments when the words of a wise friend come to mind; “Give yourself grace.” Wow, those are words I let sit on my mind for a long moment. When I start to prioritize just how much I can give, without losing myself, I remember to give myself grace.

That it’s ok to not be superwoman all alone and that I can allow myself reasonable shortcuts, like these crazy good Birds Eye® Veggie Made™ Meals!

Packing in as many veggies as possible to every meal is incredibly important to my balance in life. I just discovered these Birds Eye Veggie Made Meals and I am stoked to discover the rice and pasta are made from veggies.

Like spiralizing my own zoodles.

Except, without the dishes and time needed to spiralize 14 zucchinis myself. Or rice my own cauliflower.

This  Birds Eye Veggie Made Chicken Fried Riced Cauliflower is done in 15 minutes. Because, remember that real moment we had back at the beginning of this? We all need some grace, and some time to sit still. Why can’t a grab and go meal from the freezer aisle be just the gratifying kind of grace we give ourselves sometimes?

I stocked up on all the new flavors like Birds Eye® Veggie Made™ Garlic Chicken, Birds Eye® Veggie Made™ Alfredo Chicken, and Birds Eye® Veggie Made™ Sweet & Sour Chicken that I find at my local Walmart in the frozen meals section. Shopping at Walmart makes my life so easy because I can find so many great things all in one location!

Hello to relaxing nights in. Just what I needed.
