cream cheese
room temperature

mayonnaise

Parmesan cheese

Romano cheese

garlic
finely minced

dried basil
1 tablespoon fresh basil

artichoke hearts
drained, coarsely chopped

spinach - chopped
frozen, thawed and well drained
salt and pepper
to taste

mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a pie plate, or small casserole dish with cooking spray.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese until creamy, 3-5 minutes.
Add the mayonnaise, Parmesan, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, and garlic salt and mix until fully incorporated.
Remove the bowl from the stand mixer and fold in the artichoke hearts and spinach.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes, until the top is browned and bubbling. Serve with chips or toasted bread.
