freshly squeezed lemon juice

simple syrup
Fresh mint sprig
for garnish
Instructions
Add the mint leaves and lemon juice to a shaker or mixing glass and muddle.
Pour the gin and simple syrup into the shaker and shake well.
Strain into a coupe glass and serve with a fresh sprig of mint.
