Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x8 square baking dish.
Cream the butter in the bowl of your stand mixer with the paddle attachment until fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. Scrape down sides of bowl.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, 1 teas cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Gradually combine into the butter mixture.
Press batter into prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, stir together the remaining 1/2 teas cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle heavily over top.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden and toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cook completely before slicing and serving.
