Chocolate Marble Loaf Cake
There's something about a loaf cake. It's simple, classic, and reminds me of home. Nothing fancy, just simple flavors in perfect portions. Slices you used to steal for breakfast, and probably still do from time to time.

Ingredients

eggs

milk chocolate
chopped

flour

baking powder

salt

sugar

milk

unsalted butter
melted and cooled

tbsp
vanilla
Instructions
Melt chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat until completely melted; Set aside to cool.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x5" loaf pan.
Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a small bowl.
Combine the eggs, sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla in a large bowl with a whisk.
Add the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Transfer 1/3 of the batter into a clean bowl. Add the melted cooled chocolate and stir to combine.
Spoon a layer of plain batter into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Add some of the chocolate batter.
Repeat layers as needed ending with the plain batter.
Bake for 65 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool pan for 10 minutes before turning out to cool completely on a wire rack.
