Ingredients

cup
Baker’s Corner semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 - 3
tbsp
coconut oil
Instructions
Add the semi-sweet chips to a heatproof bowl. Stir in the coconut oil.
Working in 20 second burst, microwave until smooth, stirring between each.
Carefully spoon into a heatproof re-sealable jar. Cover and store at room temperature for one week.
When ready to use, heat until spoonable and drizzle over ice cream. Watch and allow the ‘magic’ to happen.
