Ingredients

pure maple syrup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan set over medium heat.
Stir in brown sugar, maple syrup, and salt. Keep stirring until the mixture comes to a boil. Continue to stir, and let boil for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popcorn and stir until well-coated.
Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Pour chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted.
Drizzle chocolate over popcorn and top with sprinkles.
Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Break up into clusters and serve.
