1/2cuprolled oats
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Whisk the flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl.
In the bowl of your mixer, cream the butter and sugars until smooth. Scrape down the sides and mix in the eggs. Scrape down the sides, add the vanilla and mix for 30 seconds longer.
Mix in the flour in three batches. Add in the chocolate pieces, granola, and oats and mix to combine.
Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the lined cookie sheets about 2 inches apart from one another.
Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, until light golden.
Allow to cool on sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
