carrots
peeled

tsp
honey

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
za’atar seasoning
optional
Maldon flaky salt
for garnish
Fresh parsley
for garnish.
Instructions
Cut the carrots into diagonal slices and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add the honey, olive oil and seasoning. Toss to combine.
Transfer the carrots to the air fryer basket.
Air at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket half-way through.
Serve with flaky salt and fresh parsley.
Notes
Swap the honey for maple syrup or brown sugar for a different flavor profile!
Add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
Play around with fresh herbs to create your own personalized healthy side dish.
If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can use dried parsley instead.
Cut carrots into thin slices for a more French fry-like essence.
Play around with different seasonings like garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, etc.
