Instructions
For the Chai Infused Vodka
Add 1-2 chai tea bags to a bottle of vodka.
Allow it to infuse for at least 2-4 hours or overnight for a stronger chai flavor.
Remove the tea bags before using.
Make the Chai Espresso Martini
Prepare a shot of espresso and let it cool to room temperature.
Chill a martini glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice water.
In a cocktail shaker, add the chai-infused vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso, and simple syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
Discard the ice from the chilled martini glass.
Use a strainer to pour the shaken mixture into the glass.
Garnish with a dash of chai spices and coffee beans.
Your Chai Espresso Martini is ready to be savored! Sip slowly and relish the delightful combination of chai spices and espresso.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of simple syrup
to suit your taste preferences.
Feel free to get creative with garnishes or add a cinnamon stick for an extra touch of warmth.
