Ingredients

ground chicken

scallions
white parts only, sliced

water chestnuts (1 can)
drained and chopped

medium carrots
shredded

cup
frozen endamame
4
teaspoon
reduced-sodium soy sauce

Chinese-style hot mustard

teaspoon
teriyaki sauce

teaspoon
rice vinegar

teaspoon
hot seasame oil

hoisin sauce (1 can)

sriracha

reduced sodium chicken broth (1 can)

Instructions
In a preheated skillet, cook the ground chicken until no longer pink; place in slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mustard, teriyaki, rice vinegar, sesame oil, hoisin, sriracha, and black pepper.
Add the scallions, water chestnuts, carrot and edamame.
Pour over the chicken. Stir a bit.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
Strain mixture.
Serve ground chicken mixture with lettuce leaves, additional sriracha, scallions, and sesame seeds.
