Have you ever had a proper English breakfast? I am talking full on sausage, bacon (it’s not called bacon, but I can’t think of what the word is in my coffee deprived state at the moment), mushrooms, toast, tomatoes, and beans? Yes, beans. It was possibly more hearty than a classic sausage gravy over biscuits and yet, I loved the combo of beans for breakfast almost as much as I love my salads for breakfast. Needless to say, I will be making the breakfast baked beans along with some fresh guac and those coconut bars from this weeks meal plan!
